    If I write a mortgage for purchase for you and it is agreed by the lender, there is a charge of £350. There is no charge for a remortgage, product transfer or insurance advice. For equity release, I charge £595 once the funds have been made available.

    Charges for portfolio landlords are bespoke to each project, so please get in touch for more information.
