Getting to Know Me

The story of my business is the story of my life – I’ve worked in the property industry for my entire professional career.

I became CeMAP qualified in 2007 and set up my own company to be able to bring my knowledge, experience and compassion to my clients directly. I am a parent and understand the importance of a home – so I can offer holistic advice that helps you achieve your objectives without the jargon or pressure normally associated with mortgages.

For me, there’s no better feeling than helping you take your first steps onto the property ladder or advising as you begin to explore property as an investment. Buying a home is a huge achievement and helping people with that journey feels like such a privilege, whether it be a first home, the next step up the ladder, a remortgage or growing a buy to let portfolio.

I started NC Property Finance with a simple goal: to create my very own mortgage advisory business that cuts out complexity and makes things simple. Buying property is hard work on its own – why should mortgage or investment advice add even more to your plate?

About Nicola

I have worked for over 13 years in the industry. I hold both CeMAP and CRER qualifications. I search the a comprehensive panel of lenders to be able to offer the best rates to my clients that make sense for your particular needs and goals. I’ll cut through the jargon and pressure to offer friendly yet reliable advice.
