Jaime has lived in Whitley Bay all her life and now raises her two children here with her husband, their dog, and an active role in the community through her daughter’s PTA. With family roots in the town going back generations, she has always felt a strong connection to the area.
After working across the country, Jaime returned home 11 years ago to focus on family life and a career in mortgages and protection, combining her love of property with helping people onto the housing ladder. Joining NC Property Finance was a natural step, as she shares Nicola’s values and passion for supporting people and the local community.

Nicola has worked within Financial Services for the last 17 years, spending 10 years at Newcastle Building Society in various roles, including Customer Service, Information Security, Business Continuity, and Operational Risk.
She then decided on a change in direction and moved into Mortgages, where she has built up a strong knowledge base around mortgages and protection. Nicola now provides ongoing administrative and customer support to Mortgage Advisor Nicola Cowan.
